  • Automated outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • CRM integrations and pipeline management

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To access our services, you must submit an application through our contact form. We reserve the right to review applications and approve or deny access based on our qualification criteria. Users must:

4. Pricing and Payment

Quantexy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
